Juanita is a WONDERFUL relator. We found Juanita by chance, when I popped into a house that was for sale. However, she was so friendly and responsive, that we decided to use her in order to find our first home.
She was incredibly patient with us, as we had many questions. She answered all our questions and allowed us time to review documents thoroughly. She did a great job of explaining each step of the process.
She is also HIGHLY responsive. She always responded to our texts quickly. If we shared houses of interests with her during the day, she would have appointments booked for us the same day and in alignment with our schedules.

Juanita is a very amazing person you tell her what you want and she does her best to get exactly what you're asking for she was very amazing with me she work with me through the beginning all the way to the end she got me exactly what I was looking for a nice comfortable home everything on one floor I only ask for two bedrooms but she managed to find a three-bedroom two-bath it's quiet it's kind of off to itself it's a lovely home that I can make homely and call mine Juanita is a very cool person she can and will be a friend for life anything I need to know I just called her and asked and she would get back with me with the answer she never left me hanging she always return any phone calls that I may have made to her she always come up with an answer to whatever it is and if she didn't have the answer she would search and find an answer between her and Tito they were very very good peoples to work with I recommend anyone who's looking for a home to buy or rent then you want to call her I recommend you contacting Juanita she will put you on the right track she will make sure you're getting what you're asked and that you are comfortable talking with her being open with her expressing how you feel and what you like Juanita is the person you want on your side this is my first home that I bought and I got in contact with her through my daughter and she has been amazing every since and she got me in my home in no time 45 days or less Juanita is the one don't take my word for it call her set up an appointment go out and talk with her make your own decision I'm telling you she's a beautiful person you rock Juanita.
